Gantt Chart in use

I’ve been talking previously on how important is to break down in small packages the activities of a project. Once we have small packages of activities and we assigned a temporal weight to them, it might be useful to organize them chronologically in a Gantt Chart.

A Gantt Chart visually summarizes the timing of a particular event so that it is clear to the PM/Event manager/Event planner the logical sequence of activities and their time weight.

More to come on Gantt and WBS
