No commentsA Work Breakdown Structure helps in organizing what needs to be done in small packages of activities. There are several benefits in organizing the work in such manner, i.e. assigning tasks to team members or compute the time required to carry out the project.
There are different levels of packages we could identify when designing our WBS.
