Get things done with Moreganize

Moreganize allows you to share polls, surveys and to do’s so you can make everyone attending your meeting happy.
We recently featured Gathergrid and pretty much loved the idea of being able to question your attendees to work out the best time to meet.
Moreganize pushes the concept even further introducing shared to do’s, polls and surveys.
We are all facing RSVP issues nowadays and as the calendar gets crowded we definitely want to make sure that our meeting is going to be a success.
We were impressed by the ease of registration of Moreganize, which ticks off the annoying “I have to register to another service” thingy.

I’ve used both. GatherGrid is simpler and faster to use: It takes *seven minutes* to create a meeting with Moreganize, and only 20 seconds with GatherGrid. (Moreganize makes you select the hour and minute of every start- and end-time for every possible time period! Such a pain!). Plus, with GatherGrid there is *no* registration so people are much more likely to respond!

I’m actually interested in everything that is related to Project Management as I run PM Hut, so I checked both, I think that the first one, GatherGrid, is much easier (though it never sent me the invitation email). I went to Moreganize’s website and I didn’t know what to do, they say that registration is not required, yet I’m not able to do anything if I’m not registered. From what you’ve written it looks promising, but it probably should be more user friendly.

It really seems that some guys from gathergrid.com try to push their own tool by posting bad reviews about moreganize…not very nice!
With moreganize you setup a new meeting within few seconds. Their is absolutely no registration required. Time inputs have to be entered only if needed, etc…
I think a more neutral review would show a rather different comparison of moreganize vs. gathergrid!
But decide yourself…

But:
1st My reviews are neutral and you need to concur with that. I was nice and warm in welcoming you to my blog, but I’ll soon kick you out if you start messing around with me.
2nd Take it easy and be respectful for one another. I cannot link the previous comments to Gathergrid so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but should I get to know that you are actually pushing one product as you work for the company, I’ll soon erase both posts and report to Google to cancel the indexing of the pages.
