Your purchased or use of the Licensed Material’s License implies that you have read and accepted these Licensing Terms and Conditions.
1.1 DEFINITIONS
“Licensed Material” means the theme’s CSS, Javascript and Images. Any reference in this Agreement to the Licensed Material shall be to each individual item within the Licensed Material and also to the Licensed Material taken as a whole.
1.2 GRANT OF RIGHTS
1.2.1 The Licensed Material is not being sold; it is being provided to the Licensee under the terms of this agreement, which allows for use of Licensed Material but does not transfer ownership. You must not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to the Licensed Material, modified or unmodified. Ownership remains with the Eventmanagerblog.com.
1.2.2 Licensee is allowed to use and install the Licensed Material to as many domains as he wishes.
1.2.3 Licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material subject to the restrictions set forth in the Agreement.
1.2.4 You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the Licensed Material to fit your purposes.
1.2.5 Licensee may sell, license or distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material.
1.3. RESTRICTIONS
1.3.1 Licensee may not sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Eventmanagerblog.com.
1.3.2 Licensee must not claim on creation of the Licensed Material such as “Template By Your Company”, “Design By Your Company” and such similar statements.
1.3.3 Licensee must not post or copy the Licensed Material, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, online media, or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.
1.3.4 Licenses are not time-limited so you may continue to use the purchased products indefintely.
1.4 DEMO CONTENT
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
1.5 LICENSE OWNERSHIP
Eventmanagerblog.com holds the right to revoke license immediately anytime in future if we found the product is being misused by the customer.
2. Product Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you will be redirected to the download page. In case you have not been redirected, please contact us at support@eventmanagerblog.com. We will resend your download link manually. You can download the theme one time only.
3. Payments
We accept payments via Paypal Express Checkout.
4. Support
We provide technical support for our themes through our Help Desk system in the members area, NOT by email.
We do not provide support for the Genesis Framework. If you wish to buy support for the Genesis Framework, please go to the Studiopress website.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for themes that are delivered via digital download from our site. If you have any problem with our products or experiencing difficulty downloading, we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible or you can contact us through the Help Desk.

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.
7. Warranty
Eventmanagerblog.com gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third party extensions. Our themes are developed for the latest WordPress version. Whether our products will work with future WordPress versions or how long past WordPress versions are going to be supported isn’t guaranteed.
