Top Event Planning Posts

Oh dear, what a year!

We redesigned the blog, we launched a product and most of all pushed more content than ever before.

We published around 110 posts and we are very proud of them. Only a few managed to enter the top 5 of the most shared posts in 2012.

Therefore with no further ado, here are…

The Best Posts on Event Manager Blog in 2012

1. 10 Event Trends for 2013

10 Event Trends is an annual presentation we release in December. It is a snapshot of what it is hot right now and what will define the following year.

This year I was blown away to see such an amazing response. 10 Event Trends for 2013 has collected almost 53,000 views on Slideshare in 2 weeks.

2. How To Relieve Event Planning Stress

Being an event professional is stressing beyond belief. Read this article before setting your new year’s resolutions as relieving stress should be your top priority.

3. Why Most #Eventprofs Have ADHD/ADD and Why It’s a Good Thing

In 2012 we introduced guest posts. Some contributions were outstanding as in this case. A terrific post I invite you to re-read.

4. How Technology is Changing Events [Infographic]

I traveled quite a bit talking at different events for event pros. EIBTM was one of them. This infographic was the handout for my talk there. Hugely appreciated around the web.

5. 25 Events You Must Attend Before You Die

This probably one of the toughest, yet rewarding posts I wrote in 2012. It collects iconic events around the world worth attending. A great dose of inspiration for event professionals.
