  • James H. Gilmore

    Co-founder, Strategic Horizons LLP

    Jim Gilmore is an author, frequent keynote speaker, as well as workshop facilitator and executive coach helping organizations understand the experience economy and its implications on their operations. As co-author of The Experience Economy, Jim literally wrote the book that spawned worldwide interest in experience design, customer experience management and experiential marketing. He is an Assistant Professor in the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Batten fellow and adjunct lecturer at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a visiting lecturer in Apologetics at Westminster Seminary California.

  • Greg Bogue

    Chief Experience Architect, Maritz Global Events

    For more than 30 years, Greg has been dedicated to creating messages and experiences that move people. As chief experience architect, he applies the latest in neuroscience to help improve the guest experience in meetings, events and incentive travel programs to create better value for both organizations and their guests. In 2014, Greg was awarded the prestigious Experience Management Achievement Award by Strategic Horizons LLP for his significant contributions in creating new-to-the-world experience offerings and approaches to Maritz Global Events. He was also named one of the 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry by Successful Meetings.

    Brand & Engagement Strategist, Maritz Global Events

    Tim is a global creative marketer with roots in the advertising, telecommunications, transportation and logistics industries. He is a versatile and dynamic creative director with a natural way of leading and setting the tempo for large teams of writers, strategists and designers while specializing in experience design, marketing strategy, brand development & redesign, strategic communications and digital strategy development. After 9 years developing multiple brands owned by a global Fortune 150, Tim branched out in 2016 and now supports the Maritz Global Events Design Studio. As a former client of Maritz Global Events, he can offer a unique perspective having worked on both sides of the relationship.
