    Co-founder, Strategic Horizons LLP

    Jim Gilmore is an author, frequent keynote speaker, as well as workshop facilitator and executive coach helping organizations understand the experience economy and its implications on their operations. As co-author of The Experience Economy, Jim literally wrote the book that spawned worldwide interest in experience design, customer experience management and experiential marketing. He is an Assistant Professor in the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a Batten fellow and adjunct lecturer at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a visiting lecturer in Apologetics at Westminster Seminary California.

    For more than 30 years, Greg has been dedicated to creating messages and experiences that move people. As chief experience architect, he applies the latest in neuroscience to help improve the guest experience in meetings, events and incentive travel programs to create better value for both organizations and their guests.     Tim is a global creative marketer with roots in the advertising, telecommunications, transportation and logistics industries. He is a versatile and dynamic creative director with a natural way of leading and setting the tempo for large teams of writers, strategists and designers while specializing in experience design, marketing strategy, brand development & redesign, strategic communications and digital strategy development. After 9 years developing multiple brands owned by a global Fortune 150, Tim branched out in 2016 and now supports the Maritz Global Events Design Studio. As a former client of Maritz Global Events, he can offer a unique perspective having worked on both sides of the relationship.

  • Browser support

    The registration form works at best with the latest versions of the most common browsers:
    Google Chrome, v.80
    Microsoft Edge, v.80
    Mozilla Firefox, v.74
    Safari, v.13

  • The message "Please complete all required fields." appears even if I've filled all fields
    Scenario 1

    This may happen with old versions of browsers not compatible with our invisible recaptcha or not correctly showing the registration terms that should appear after selecting the country.
    Please refer to the first point "Browser support" in order to solve the issue.

    Scenario 2

    Some autocomplete extensions may create problems with the country field selection.
    You can solve the issue:
    - deactivating the autocomplete extension
    - manually filling the form
    - manually selecting the country in the select field
    If successfull you should be able to view the Terms section right under the country field.

  • The submit button doesn't work

    This may happen with old versions of browsers not compatible with our invisible recaptcha or not correctly showing the registration terms that should appear after selecting the country. Please refer to the first point “Browser support” in order to solve the issue.

  • I didn’t receive the confirmation email
    Scenario 1

    According to the type of registration, Webinar or Report, you should receive a confirmation from no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com
    Some minutes are needed in order for our system to send the email.
    If it didn't happen please follow these instructions based on your email manager

    Gmail:
    Select More
    Select Spam
    Search for no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com
    Note: For Gmail you can also search all mail folders, by selecting All Mail under More, then searching for no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com

    Outlook:
    Select Junk Mail.
    Search for no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com

    Yahoo:
    Select Spam.
    Search for no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com

    If you can’t find your email there are chances that your mail system/network blocks the email coming from no-reply @ zoom.us or contact @ eventmanagerblog.com

    Scenario 2

    If you previously unsubscribed from our newsletter, our system will no be able to send you newsletters or updates even if you register to our webinars or reports.
