‘The Event Innovation Lab’ is an event produced by EventMB, a trading name of Social Coup LLC (“we” “us” or “our”) and we take your privacy seriously. If you have any questions about these terms and policy, we can be reached by email at contact @ eventmanagerblog.com.
EventMB plans to take photographs and video material at the Event Innovation Lab and reproduce them in EventMB educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the EventMB websites, the speaker’s website at www.juliussolaris.com and social media. By participating in any Event Innovation Lab you grant EventMB the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All photographs and videos are the property of EventMB and may be displayed, distributed or used by EventMB for any purpose.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or attend the event.
Anyone attending the Event Innovation Lab must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity, which may disrupt the event.
EventMB reserves the right to stop any activity on the part of any attendee that may interfere with, or cause annoyance to any attendees.
Partners of the event may have access to your contact information and other demographic information you have provided in your registration.
The event is free to attend. No accommodation or travel is supplied.
This privacy notice applies to anyone entering information on our websites, registering online for an Event Innovation Lab, subscribing to our emails or making an enquiry or complaint to us.
This notice does not cover third party websites to which we provide links, which should be covered by their own privacy notices. EventMB is not responsible for the content of third party websites.
We are committed to collecting and using your personal information fairly and transparently, so we will make it clear if we are collecting personal information from you or intend to use it for any purpose that is not obvious.
We use the personal information that you provide to us for our internal purposes, such as responding to your requests for information, contacting you, conducting internal analyses, and processing and completing orders and event registrations.
EventMB also reserves the right to compile, save, use within the scope of our activities, and analyse any and all data (contact and personal data, use history, etc.) that we collect from you through our websites.
We may disclose personal information to a third party, such as a law enforcement agency, if required to do so by law.
EventMB will not share your personal information obtained from your application to an Event Innovation Lab event to any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.
If you initially elect to opt in to our mailing lists, and later decide that you would like to opt out, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that although EventMB strives to update our mailing list database as frequently as possible, it may take up to 10 days to process email requests, during which time your information might be communicated to another party in connection with a mailing list.
We may share the personal information you provide to us with other companies we have hired to provide services for us. These companies – our vendors – are contractually bound to use personal information that we share with them only to perform the services we have hired them to provide.
We will take care to ensure that your personal information is secure. When we do provide mailing lists to third parties or vendors we enter into agreements with such parties requiring them to comply with all applicable laws, and prohibiting further distribution or disclosure of the lists to other parties.
Our websites are hosted and backed up on a server in the United States.

Videos and photographs are taken at Event Innovation Lab events and used to promote future events, including direct mail and email marketing, newsletters, press releases and broadcasts over the internet, through our broadcast partners, or via other broadcast services. CCTV and webcams are not used by our organization, although our event venues may use them.

I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in EventMB events and activities as my own free and intentional act and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that I am, as a result, able to participate in EventMB events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own wellbeing and safety.

Please delete EventMB emails if obtained in error and notify the sender.
By registering for and attending an Event Innovation Lab event, I hearby agree that I accept the terms stated above and, indemnify and hold harmless EventMB, its affiliates and their respective directors, employees and agents (including, without limitation, any agent acting on its behalf) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from attendance at EventMB events.
